All FRETLORD product are quality inspected & tested prior to shipment. FRETLORD's warranty does not cover battery replacement and will only replace the defective component.
Fretlord Musical Instrument Lighting Systems Inc. offers a 1 year (non-transferable from original owner) product replacement warranty on any defect(s) in craftsmanship, and/or flaw(s) in an operational component(s). If the product fails to operate within normal operational standard specifications within the first calendar year of registered receipt of product, it is recommended to first read the included instructions with the product to verify it is not a simple adjustment towards a fix.
